Please make sure to fill in your address fully at checkout, and double check if everything is correct! including an apartment number, building numbers etc. * if necessary*

Full and correct shipping address is necessary or USPS/UPS cannot accept the package and your order will be refunded by us.

If you got your shipping information wrong , and you would still like to receive your order, an additional shipping fee will be applied to re-ship your package with correct shipping address. (no more than 10$)

ADRESS CHANGES - YES! We are able to change your delivery address if needed, (moving situations or missing information.) ADRESS CHANGES CAN ONLY BE DONE BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED!

SHIPPING:

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process once the item is in the possession of the USPS or UPS, please contact USPS/UPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS or UPS website can take up to 1-3 days once shipped.

brushedbymari is not responsible for any delays by the post office, or stolen packages. once packages are at the post office. Once the post office has packages it is out of our control at that point , its at the hands of USPS OR UPS

No refunds or exchanges on all custom paintings- I do no accept refunds or exchanges of any kind for all customized work. (Since it is customized and personalized) you can however decide to add or change a detail to your customized painting please make sure to contact me as soon as possible through this website email or via instagram regarding your painting changes @BrushedByMari

PAINTINGS DESIGN-Please do not send me another artist work and ask me to copy their work. My style might not be the same as theirs. I have lots of styles to choose from that are personal from me I can also always create something from my imagination into paintings. I do not copy other artist out of respect and also want to avoid any legal problems.

REVISIONS

If placing an order through text where I have direct communication, I provide 3 or more updates of the progress of painting! I allow 2 revisions at no cost. that is if you want to add one more thing, change the color of something, or add text etc.. any additional revisions after those 2 will result in a 5$ Fee

1. you may NOT copy my design to re-sell without my permission or without personally contacting me beforehand!

If any violation of these terms you will be subject to a fine or pay the price for commercial use rights since the images are subject to copyright and still property of BrushedByMari Designs. Copyright is a legal right that seeks to protect original works of authorship (example: books, music, film, art, canvas)*
